Job Description

Lead the technical architecture and design of Salesforce Health Cloud-based solutions.
Define end-to-end integration strategies between Salesforce and:
CTI systems (Computer Telephony Integration)
EHR/EMR systems (via HL7, FHIR, or APIs)
Patient portals, claims, and billing systems
Marketing and patient engagement tools (Marketing Cloud)
Design and implement scalable data models and solutions leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud for unified patient profiles.
Define best practices for data security, HIPAA compliance, and governance within Salesforce and connected systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and developers to translate requirements into robust solutions.
Guide development teams on Salesforce coding standards, best practices, and platform limitations.
Evaluate and implement AppExchange solutions and third-party tools where needed.
Drive workshops, architectural reviews, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
10+ years of Salesforce experience, with 3+ years focused on Salesforce Health Cloud.
Deep experience in Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Audience Segments, etc.).
Proven integration experience with CTI platforms (e.g., Genesys) and EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
Strong understanding of HL7, FHIR, and healthcare data interoperability standards.
Experience with Salesforce Integration Patterns, Mulesoft, APIs, and middleware.
Salesforce certifications strongly preferred:
Health Cloud Accredited Professional
Data Cloud Consultant
Marketing Cloud Architect or Consultant
Knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and security best practices in the healthcare domain.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Experience working with payer and provider healthcare systems.
Experience in CI/CD, DevOps for Salesforce
• Exposure to AI/ML in healthcare engagement or personalization (e.g., Einstein, Agentforce).
