Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 12+ years of experience in Salesforce and with 5+ years into architecture and development
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and integration technologies (REST, SOAP)
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex, scalable, maintainable, and extensible Salesforce solutions
• Experience in leading technical teams and collaborating with project stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions that meet client business requirements and adhere to Salesforce best practices.
• Lead technical teams in the development of Salesforce customizations and integrations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Salesforce developers.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure that Salesforce code adheres to best practices.
• Evaluate third-party Salesforce applications and make recommendations for their use.
• Participate in the Salesforce release management process, including testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure that Salesforce solutions meet their business requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Salesforce solutions.
• Stay up to date on the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices and make recommendations for their use.

Have to work Onsite in Hyderabad, India
