Job Summary:

Salesforce Technical Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Design end-to-end scalable architecture across Salesforce Core, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud

Define technical standards, patterns, and best practices for enterprise-wide Salesforce solutions

Lead technical workshops with business stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions

Architect and guide implementation of customer portals, partner portals, and service consoles

Define and implement CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development and deployments

Collaborate with developers, admins, and business analysts to ensure high-quality solutions

Oversee code review processes, performance optimization, and security best practices

Serve as a technical mentor and provide architectural guidance to project teams

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and capabilities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of Salesforce development/architecture experience

Salesforce Experience Cloud

Salesforce data model

customer/partner communities

case management

Salesforce DevOps tools

Git-based version control

Agentforce

Salesforce Architect certifications preferred (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA track)

Nice to Have:

Agentforce implementations

Salesforce Shield

large-scale Salesforce transformations

Certifications (Preferred):

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or working toward it

Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant
