Salesforce Solution Architect

As a Salesforce Solution Architect at ThinkSys in Noida, you will be responsible for driving system integration and cloud architecture to meet business needs and performance standards. Your role will involve developing comprehensive architecture for integrating systems such as Salesforce, Boomi, ERP, and Azure. You will play a key role in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of software solutions, ensuring they align with business goals and technology strategies. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and support to ensure the stability and security of the architecture, as well as mentor team members in best practices and continuous learning. Your responsibilities will also include acting as a consultant to senior management by analyzing business processes, identifying technology needs, and proposing customized solutions. You will oversee multiple projects from concept through completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope specifications. Moreover, you will design and implement integrations between systems using Boomi and other relevant tools, while customizing platforms like Salesforce and ERP systems to enhance functionality and user experience. Ensuring compliance with IT security standards and regulatory requirements will be a crucial aspect of your role, implementing security best practices throughout system architectures. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with proven experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role. Experience with Salesforce, Boomi, ERP systems, and Microsoft Azure (DW) is required, as well as strong project management skills and experience leading complex technology projects. Certifications in Salesforce, Boomi, or Azure (DW) will be considered an asset. In addition to the technical requirements, it would be beneficial to have strategic thinking abilities, excellent communication skills, strong leadership and team management abilities, analytical skills, and a high level of technical proficiency in designing and deploying technology solutions across various platforms.
