As a Full Stack Web Developer with 2-4 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing and implementing web applications using the latest technologies. You will collaborate closely with the Project Lead, understand requirements, and implement complex feature implementations independently. Your key responsibilities will include creating efficient, reusable, and scalable code for both front-end and back-end components. You will optimize applications for performance and responsiveness, troubleshoot and debug issues promptly, and maintain technical documentation. Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in web development will be essential, along with participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and enhance team collaboration. Additionally, you will guide junior team members to help them enhance their skills. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and client interfacing skills. Your expertise in core JavaScript concepts, along with experience in Frameworks like Node.js/Nest.js, Angular/React/Vue.js/Next.js, and related technologies such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and Material UI, will be crucial. Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, cloud service providers, Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes, Git, and branching strategies is required. You should have good architectural and design skills, strong analytical abilities, and a solid understanding of emerging technologies and best development practices. You must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field to qualify for this position.
