Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Salesforce Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into solution designs and Jira stories.
• Architect and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Industry, Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and other platform capabilities.
• Provide expert consulting on Salesforce capabilities, integrations, and best practices.
• Optimize business processes by leveraging Salesforce features and automation.
• Collaborate with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to ensure solution delivery meets client expectations.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, scalability, and performance standards.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, bringing innovation and forward-thinking to every engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in

  Salesforce Solution Architecture

  and

  system integrations

  .
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to analyze and optimize business processes.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce design and solutioning; proficiency in software development best practices is a plus.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including configuration, customization, and AppExchange products.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

• Master’s degree

  in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g.,

  Application Architect, System Architect, or Solution Architect

  ) are highly desirable.
