Role Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud & Marketing Cloud Expert

• Managing and optimizing Salesforce

  Data Cloud

  and

  Marketing Cloud

  platforms.
• Designing and executing

  end-to-end personalized journeys

  across email, SMS, social, and other digital touchpoints.
• Integrating data from multiple sources to create a unified customer profile and drive targeted engagement.
• Developing advanced analytics and reports to measure

  ROI across campaigns and channels

  .
• Partnering with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation, nurture strategies, customer engagement, and sales conversion.
• Providing actionable insights and recommendations for improved customer experiences through data analysis and journey performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with

  Salesforce Data Cloud

  and

  Marketing Cloud

  , including

  Journey Builder, Personalization, and multi-channel campaign execution

  .
• Strong track record of building and scaling

  personalized customer experiences

  for large enterprises.
• Ability to

  demonstrate ROI

  through analytics, dashboards, and cross-channel reporting.
• Expertise in

  data integration, segmentation, and audience building

  .
• Strong understanding of

  digital marketing strategies

  across multiple channels (email, SMS, push, social, web).
• Excellent

  communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced certifications in Salesforce Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud preferred).
• Experience in

  CRM or related fields
