As a Salesforce Solution Architect at our Salesforce Organization in Mohali (Onsite), you will play a crucial role in designing scalable solutions, leading global delivery teams, and serving as a trusted advisor to executives. Your expertise in Salesforce consulting, architectural leadership, and client-facing communication will be instrumental in delivering successful projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design scalable solutions that meet client requirements across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. - Lead global delivery teams on complex, enterprise-scale projects. - Translate technical depth into business value for clients through strong communication skills. - Obtain and maintain required certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant. - Preferred certifications include Data Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, Revenue Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Application/System Architect, and Agentforce Specialist. **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience with a focus on architectural leadership. - Strong understanding of Data Cloud and/or AI-driven Salesforce solutions. - Deep command of data modeling, security, and integration architecture. - Proven track record of leading global delivery teams. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in accessible ways. - Contribution to industry knowledge sharing activities is a plus.
