Role Overview: You are required to join Spaulding Ridge's Salesforce Delivery team in India as a Salesforce Solution Architect. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving customer engagements, identifying process gaps and pain points, and implementing top-notch solutions across various industry verticals, focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. As the primary design owner and trusted subject matter expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of all related deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a subject matter expert on project technology architecture, integration, and data migration strategies. - Act as a liaison across NA/EMEA regions from APAC. - Ensure that the technical solution aligns with project goals, objectives, and scope while adhering to best practices. - Stay updated on technology best practices and product updates/releases. - Manage the project team in APAC on a daily basis, providing context for client use cases, resolving technical blockers, assigning tasks, and offering guidance. - Create and manage build plans based on solution complexity, balancing resource allocation and capacity. - Communicate effectively with internal Project Leadership, technical resources, and other workstreams Solution Architects/Technical Leads, providing regular updates on technical progress. - Oversee the development and execution of the project QA plan across environments. - Manage release plans and environment migrations for all APAC-led activities. - Develop and maintain technical and functional project documentation, guiding supporting resources. Qualifications: - Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise Salesforce delivery and solution architecture. - Demonstrate hands-on configuration and development skills on the Salesforce platform. - Showcase extensive experience in solutioning and implementing Service Cloud engagements. - Hold a current Salesforce certification in one of the core clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, or Experience Cloud). - Experience in Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud is a plus. - Ability to lead large, global delivery teams in an Agile environment. - Exhibit outstanding relationship management and strategic planning abilities. - Have a strong functional/technical background in cloud platforms (Salesforce, managed services, digital transformation). - Proficient in using and overseeing CI/CD tools such as Flosum, GearSet, and GitHub. - Demonstrate leadership and team mentoring capabilities. - Possess excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
