As a Salesforce Solution Architect based in Mohali (Onsite), your role will involve combining deep Salesforce expertise with architectural vision and delivery leadership. You will be responsible for designing scalable solutions, leading global delivery teams, and serving as a trusted advisor to executives. Operating at the intersection of architecture, delivery, and strategy, you will own solutions from vision through execution. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design scalable solutions and lead global delivery teams - Serve as a trusted advisor to executives - Own solutions from vision through execution - Provide architectural vision and delivery leadership - Lead global delivery teams on complex, enterprise-scale projects - Translate technical depth into business value for client advisory - Communicate complex technical concepts in accessible ways - Contribute to industry knowledge sharing through articles, presentations, webinars, or community forums **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience, with architectural leadership across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud - Strong understanding of Data Cloud and/or AI-driven Salesforce solutions - Deep command of data modeling, security, and integration architecture - Proven ability to lead global delivery teams on complex, enterprise-scale projects - Strong communication skills to translate technical depth into business value - Certifications Required: Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant - Certifications Preferred: Data Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, Revenue Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Application/System Architect, Agentforce Specialist You are required to communicate complex technical concepts in accessible ways for both client advisory and external-facing content.
