Salesforce Senior Developer

Development & Customization

• Design and develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.expertia
• Build and maintain custom applications and workflows using Salesforce declarative tools (Process Builder, Flow, etc.).salesforceben
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools

Technical Leadership

• Perform code reviews and enforce best practices in coding standards and documentation.expertia
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support.expertia
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend adoption of new features

Collaboration & Analysis

• Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.expertia
• Translate business needs into technical solutions that are scalable and maintainable

Quality Assurance

• Conduct unit testing, system testing, and debugging of applications.salesforceben
• Ensure data integrity and security compliance across Salesforce implementations

Documentation & Support

• Create and maintain technical documentation including design specs, user guides, and deployment plans.expertia
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications

Technical Skills:

• Languages & Tools: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Git.expertia
• Integration: REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, Middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
• DevOps: Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines.
• Other: Experience with data migration tools and version control systems.

Preferred Experience:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II (preferred).
• Proven experience in large-scale Salesforce implementations and integrations.
