Salesforce Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master / Project Manager, your role involves leading Agile delivery teams and ensuring successful project execution through effective planning, coordination, and stakeholder management. You will act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator for the delivery team while managing project scope, budget, and timelines using a hybrid approach where necessary. **Key Responsibilities:** - Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives - Guide and coach teams on Agile principles, values, and best practices for continuous improvement - Remove blockers and impediments to foster a culture of ownership and accountability - Coordinate sprint activities, backlog grooming, and ensure alignment between teams - Manage project timelines, scope, risks, and deliverables for successful project completion - Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and dashboards using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project - Drive status reporting, executive presentations, and transparent communication with stakeholders - Oversee resource allocation, capacity planning, and cross-functional dependencies - Collaborate closely with business sponsors, product owners, and technical leads to align on priorities and scope - Facilitate client meetings, sprint demos, retrospectives, and project steering committee sessions - Serve as the primary contact for project-level escalations, governance, and change management - Promote adoption of Agile metrics to monitor and improve team performance - Lead retrospectives to identify process improvements and implement action plans - Champion best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile at scale models **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I or II) - Preferred certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist (SA), or PRINCE2 - 8+ years of experience in IT project delivery, with 3-5 years in an Agile Scrum Master / PM role - Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, SDLC, and Waterfall-to-Agile transformation practices - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally This role will require you to have a servant-leader mindset with high emotional intelligence, a sense of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and the ability to influence without authority to drive change.
