Job Description

Looking for a skilled SFDC Salesforce Scrum Master with 6-10 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Admin & CRM knowledge, as well as experience in Salesforce Scrum Master with PM experience and proficiency in the JIRA tool.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage multiple stakeholders and deliver complex projects on time.
Utilize expertise in Salesforce Admin & CRM to drive project success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and implement effective project plans using Agile methodologies.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality results while maintaining excellent customer service.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of Salesforce Admin & CRM and its applications.
Proven experience in managing complex projects with aggressive timelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective stakeholder management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
Experience working with JIRA and other project management tools is necessary.
Shift timing: 10 AM To 8 PM.
