Salesforce Scrum Master

NTT DATA is looking for a skilled Salesforce Scrum Master to join their team in Delhi, India. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for managing sprint reviews, scrum ceremonies, and backlog to meet project requirements. You will also mentor the team and project partners in agile standard methodologies, manage agile toolsets, project support, and priority gathering, and utilize data to measure and track performance results across the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will drive overall coordination with stakeholders and the team. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in a Tech Lead/Scrum Master role, with 5 years of experience in Agile project management. It is required to have Salesforce experience and hold at least 2 of the following certifications: PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, ICAgile Certified Coach, Certified Scrum Professional, or SAFe Agilist. Experience with JIRA and Confluence is preferred.
