Must understand the agile metrics and should clearly make out inference to connect it to project context and influence management decisions. Must have excellent presentation and communication skills to influence stakeholder decision making process. Strong management of dependencies between team capacity, prioritization, software quality, and committed deadlines. Excellent knowledge and certication in Agile methodology and framework Demonstrated experience overseeing multi-functional project teams, including leading Agile Scrum teams on complex, integrated platforms.
