Senior Associate 2 (PD Scrum Master)

Role Overview: As an Agile Coach, your role involves serving as a servant-leader for Scrum teams, fostering a culture of transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement. You will facilitate core Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming. Additionally, you will ensure regular Product Backlog refinement with the Product Owner to maintain sprint readiness. Your responsibilities also include supporting the Product Owner in defining clear Sprint Goals, breaking down epics into actionable user stories, and prioritizing value delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Foster a culture of transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement within Scrum teams - Facilitate core Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives - Ensure regular Product Backlog refinement with the Product Owner - Support the Product Owner in defining clear Sprint Goals and prioritizing value delivery - Promote cross-functional collaboration across development, QA, design, and product teams - Utilize Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence for maintaining sprint boards and generating reports - Drive data-informed retrospectives using Agile metrics like velocity and burn-down charts - Facilitate dependency mapping, risk management, and stakeholder alignment - Coach team members on Agile best practices and frameworks - Guide teams through organizational Agile transformation initiatives Qualifications Required: - Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and core Agile principles - Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile metrics - Ability to manage multiple teams, handle blockers efficiently, and ensure sprint commitments are met - Demonstrated capability in coaching teams to improve performance and Agile maturity Additional Details: As an Agile Coach, you will also be responsible for fostering a psychologically safe environment where team members can freely express ideas, take risks, and learn from failures.
