Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant / Specialist

Experience: 5-7 Years

Location: Noida, Bengaluru, Pune, Jaipur

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud professional with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing Sales Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, high-quality Salesforce functionalities that improve sales processes, productivity, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Solution Design & Development

  • Design, configure, and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud features such as Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Forecasting, Products, Quotes, and Territories.
  • Implement workflow automation using Flows, Process Builder (legacy support), and Validation Rules.
  • Develop custom objects, page layouts, record types, and Lightning Apps/components as needed.

Sales Process Optimization

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to map and improve end-to-end sales processes.
  • Implement solutions for lead management, pipeline visibility, territory planning, and sales forecasting.
  • Support and enhance CPQ or quoting processes (if applicable).

Integration & Data Management

  • Work with integration teams to connect Salesforce with third-party systems (ERP, Marketing, Support, etc.).
  • Manage data quality efforts: deduplication, data loads using Data Loader or similar tools, and metadata management.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Create impactful dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for sales leaders and executives.
  • Support forecasting models and KPI tracking within Salesforce.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Engage in user training, documentation, and adoption initiatives.
  • Work in Agile/Scrum environments and participate in sprint planning and reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Strong expertise in Lead-to-Opportunity lifecycle, Forecasting, and Sales automation.
  • Proficiency with Flows, Lightning Experience, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.
  • Experience with Data Loader, change sets, and basic deployment practices.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets).
  • Experience with integrations using APIs or middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.) preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant certification strongly preferred.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
  • Exposure to Marketing Cloud or Service Cloud.
  • Understanding of Apex triggers/classes (reading/debugging).
  • Experience with DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, etc.).

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and scalability.
