Required Experience and Skills:
• Required - 7-10 years of technical experience with various Oracle HCM Cloud Applications - HR, Payroll, Self- Service, Absence Management, Talent Management, Compensation Management and Oracle Recruiting
modules.
• 2 full life cycle implementations of Oracle HCM and Oracle Recruiting Cloud
• Experience configuring recruiting processes, including requisitions, approval flows, offer letters in Oracle Recruiting Cloud
• Knowledge of HR and Talent Acquisition processes
• Expertise in HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader
• Expertise in OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extract
• Expertise in Oracle Cloud Fast Formulas, Auto complete rule HCM, Comp
• Ability to translate and communicate technical concepts to both technical personnel and non-IT business users.
• Knowledge of project and program management methodologies, associated processes and tools, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or its equivalent
• 7+ years of experience in configuring Oracle HCM applications
• Excellent written and oral communication as well as project management skills.
