Our Quality Assurance team is focused on key test philosophies of 'Test Early, Test Fast, Test Deep,' humanize test efforts and end-user experience focus. Our skilled QA folks possess deep domain and platform expertise. This team has embraced latest engineering trends like in-sprint and DevOps focused continuous test automation and multi-layer testing. Team has been leveraging pre-built accelerators, customized automation frameworks, reusable test assets and latest tools to optimize test efforts and catch defects early in the cycle.
Provide guidance and support to other project team members to ensure QA best practices are
followed throughout the full project lifecycle
● Support and mentor Junior QA Consultants to support their transition to QA Consultants
● Provide guidance and support to the wider Quality Assurance team
● Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team for QA recruitment activities eg. performing interviews
● Ensure certifications are up to date and knowledge of Salesforce releases are maintained
● Identify reusable assets (test practices, test scripts)
● Provide support to the Technical Lead / QA Lead to ensure the agreed solution is tested correctly
and associated project documentation is reviewed.
● Assume ownership and responsibility for work items and associated documentation
● Ensure the Project Lead and other stakeholders are aware of challenges with work items and
project risks
● Effectively manage and own testing cycles within the project lifecycle
● Effectively capture and clearly communicate testing outcomes including defect management
● Identification of dependencies for successful testing outcomes such as requirements for
integrated systems, environments and data
● Ownership and completion of test plans and test exit reports inline with QA lifecycle
● Responsible for progressing tasks assigned to you from the QA monthly meetings
● Promote positive and professional team behaviours by example
● Act as role model to junior team members
● Collaborate with other QA Team members to improve the way the team works
● Certified at ISTQB Foundation level.
● Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
● Knowledge of creating Test Scenarios and Acceptance Tests against User Stories.
● Knowledge and understanding of Test Documentation (Test Plans, Test Scripts, Test Reporting).
● Knowledge and understanding of Test Tools (including Atlassian tools eg. JIRA).
● Understanding the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) Testing Methodologies such as
Agile, Scrum and Waterfall.
● Interest is obtaining knowledge of current testing practices and assisting with implementing
them in Credera QA.
● 3 / 4 years experience of Software Testing (System Testing, UAT, Regression)
● Certified Administrator (desirable)
● Interest in working towards a Channel Specialism - Marketing Cloud / Pardot / CPQ / Einstein
Analytics / Community Cloud (desirable)
● Good knowledge of sharing and security on the Salesforce platform
● Achieved Mountaineer Trailblazer Rank
● Ability to communicate at all levels.

Our employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. We expect our team members to spend 3 days per week in person with the flexibility to choose the days and times that work best for both them and their project or internal teams. This could be at a Credera office or at the client site.
