Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Gurugram Preferred Location : Hyderabad Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days per week from Office) Shift Timings : 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM, IST About the team you will join: About the role: We are seeking an iOS Engineer to join our ME (Monitoring Enhancement) support team. This role is part of a global engineering group delivering 16x7 support for mobile applications. As a member of this team, you will help maintain and improve iOS applications, contributing to system stability and user satisfaction. You will be part of a rotating shift team responsible for ensuring system uptime, performance, and rapid incident resolution. Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying and resolving iOS issues in production environments. Support code maintenance and small enhancements to existing applications. Work closely with senior engineers to monitor app performance and reliability. Participate in incident resolution and documentation of support procedures. Contribute to a knowledge base of known issues and solutions. Assist with 16x7 support coverage activities, including shift transitions and escalation notifications. Qualifications : 2-3 years of experience in iOS development using Swift and SwiftUI. Familiarity with Xcode, UIKit, MVVM pattern, debugging tools, and testing frameworks. Good understanding of app store deployment and version control (Git). Interest in production support, troubleshooting, and continuous learning. Good teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work in a rotational or flexible schedule to support 16x7 operations. Proficient in English (written and verbal). Preferred Qualifications Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., New Relic, GCP Logs). Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions) and mobile app deployment processes. Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Cloud Functions, Firebase, and Pub/Sub. Previous work in Agile/Scrum environments. Experience working with global, multicultural teams.
