Position Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce QA Automation Engineer with a strong foundation in QA practices, manual and automation testing, and hands-on experience in Salesforce ecosystems — especially Service Cloud, Order Management, and Agentforce.

The ideal candidate should have worked in Agile delivery environments and be capable of driving both functional and regression testing using AccelQ or similar automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

Review business and system requirements to derive comprehensive test cases and scenarios.

Perform manual and automation testing across Salesforce modules, with an initial emphasis on manual validation.

Execute functional, regression, integration, and API testing as part of sprint cycles.

Conduct testing on Salesforce Service Cloud, Order Management, and Agentforce features.

Develop and maintain test automation scripts using AccelQ, Selenium, or equivalent frameworks.

Validate Salesforce workflows, data integrations, and APIs.

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.

Manage test case documentation, defect tracking, and traceability in JIRA or ALM.

Collaborate with developers, admins, and business stakeholders to ensure quality across releases.

Perform basic SQL or SOQL queries for backend data validation.

Required Skills & Experience

✅ Core QA Skills

6+ years of hands-on QA experience (manual + automation).

Strong understanding of QA principles, defect lifecycle, and test strategy development.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

✅ Salesforce Testing Expertise

Experience testing Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Order Management, or Agentforce.

Knowledge of Salesforce data model, flows, and Apex-trigger impacts.

✅ Automation Tools

Experience in AccelQ (preferred) or Selenium/WebDriver.

Experience testing RESTful Web Services and using tools like Postman.

Familiarity with GIT for version control.

✅ Project Management & Collaboration

Experience using JIRA, Zephyr, or similar test management tools.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently in distributed teams.

Nice to Have

Prior experience automating Salesforce UI workflows using AccelQ Cloud Platform.

Familiarity with Salesforce CI/CD pipelines.

Exposure to E2E automation involving Service Cloud and external integrations.
