Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Configure Salesforce standard functionalities such as security settings, new objects and fields, record types, page layouts, workflows, and approval processes.
• Develop and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex classes, Apex triggers, workflows, Lightning pages, and Lightning Web Components.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of Salesforce profiles, permission sets, role hierarchies, organization-wide defaults (OWDs), and sharing rules.
• Design, build, and support applications that combine standard Salesforce components with custom code to meet business requirements.
• Utilize Salesforce OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity Industry Cloud) to design and implement scalable solutions that address client needs.
• Apply expertise in OmniStudio tools such as DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Calculation Matrices and Procedures, OmniScripts, the Vlocity Data Model, FlexCards, and Lightning Web Components.
• Work with Vlocity Public Sector Cloud solutions to support industry-specific implementations.
• Develop responsive and mobile-compatible Salesforce user interfaces.
• Integrate barcode scanning features and ensure compatibility with relevant industry standards.
• Implement system integrations between Salesforce/Vlocity and external backend systems using REST and SOAP APIs, as well as Vlocity Integration Procedures.
• Build advanced user interface templates using HTML, CSS, and LWC integration best practices.
• Develop scripts and tools to support data migration to and from Salesforce environments.
• Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Follow established DevOps standards for code documentation, maintenance, and deployment.
• Create and maintain automated test cases to ensure sufficient code coverage.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes utilizing Azure DevOps.
• Prepare technical and process documentation as required.
• Collaborate with QA teams for system testing and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reported application issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with business analysts and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement and manage AppExchange applications within Salesforce environments.
