Skill : IQVIA specific (OCE) -Salesforce Experience : 3Years - 10 Years Location : Kochi Job Description: Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and customization, along with a good understanding of integration and cloud functionalities. Must have Skills: -Extensive experience working with Salesforce, specifically within IQVIA platforms -Strong knowledge of OCE-P (Personal Sales) or OCE-D OCE-P: Expert Salesforce developer who has several years of hands on experience with IQVIA OCE-P and knowledge of Salesforce sales/Service cloud OCE-D: Senior Salesforce developer who has several years of hands on experience with: IQVIA OCE-Digital and/or deep knowledge of marketing cloud -Proven ability to drive and optimize customer engagement and orchestration strategies -Experience delivering customer-facing solutions and managing backend Salesforce processes -Ability to work cross-functionally to enhance customer journeys and CRM performance Key Responsibilities: Customize and configure Salesforce using Visualforce, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers Work with Asynchronous Apex (Batch, Future, Scheduled, Queueable). Develop UI using Aura Components and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Build and manage integrations using SOAP and REST APIs. Develop reports and dashboards. Ensure data security and access control through Salesforce Security settings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment Service Request Management – Managing users, call plan, activity plan, territory and territory assignments, CLM, dashboards and reports. Incident Management – Password reset, user and account management, user guidance and incident diagnosis. Good understanding of OCE Sales object and data model. Good understanding of brick and territory alignment, account alignment jobs and scheduling. Configuration experience on OCE platform for minor CR’s that do not require IQVIA assistance. Ensure quality of deliverable including necessary documentation and code. Prepare detailesd design and perform design and code review. Perform impact analysis for changes requested and collaborate with offshore and onshore teams for task assignment. Facilitate TTT (train the trainer) sessions and assist local admins in day to day activities that include adhoc report, data export, managing coaching forms and templates, managing activity plans, product territory alignment, sample limit management, import OneKey customer data. Perform low complexity changes related to workflows, approval processes, process builder or lightning flows. Good to have: Certification: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II Certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator.
