- 3 years working with Salesforce Health Cloud in the healthcare domain.
- Profound understanding of healthcare workflows and compliance
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform features and tools
- Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Charts
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Administrator preferred
