Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Consultant to design and deliver scalable, customer-centric service management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and FSL, with proven experience in end-to-end implementations, scheduling optimization, and mobile workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable FSL configurations including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Territories, Resources, Skills, and Scheduling Policies.
  • Configure dispatcher console, mobile workflows, and offline capabilities for field technicians.
  • Collaborate with clients to optimize scheduling, dispatch, and resource utilization using FSL optimization features.
  • Develop guided flows and automation using Flows, OmniStudio, or LWC to enhance user experience.
  • Integrate FSL with ERP, inventory, or asset management systems via APIs or MuleSoft.
  • Support data migration, UAT, and go-live activities.
  • Provide post-implementation support and enablement, ensuring KPIs like SLA adherence and first-time fix rates.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams—developers, admins, and architects—to ensure solution quality and performance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–6 years of total Salesforce experience with 3+ years in Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementations.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Service Territories, Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling Policies, Optimization, and Mobile configuration.
  • Excellent understanding of Salesforce data model, declarative automation (Flows, Process Builder), and configuration best practices.
  • Familiarity with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) or Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Strong grasp of SLAs, warranties, entitlements, preventive maintenance, and crew scheduling.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology, CI/CD, and tools like Git, DevOps Center, or Copado.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Field Service Consultant, Administrator, or App Builder certification.
  • Experience with Service Cloud.
  • Exposure to FSL Mobile, offline deployment, or service analytics.
  • Industry experience in Manufacturing, Utilities, Energy, or Professional Services.
  • Knowledge of MuleSoft, document generation tools (Conga/S-Docs), or IoT integrations is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Projected Total Compensation: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
