Salesforce QA Automation Engineer (5–7 Years Experience)

Overview
We’re looking for a skilled Salesforce QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in automating testing for Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.). The role involves building and maintaining automation frameworks, validating integrations, and ensuring end-to-end quality in a/ fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications using any of the tools like Provar, Selenium, or Katalon.
• Implement automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket).
• Conduct API automation testing using tools such as Postman or RestAssured.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, Apex classes, triggers, and integrations.
• Execute regression, functional, and integration testing through automation suites.
• Collaborate with developers, admins, and BAs to define automation scope and resolve issues.
• Ensure automation scripts align with Salesforce release cycles and sandbox refreshes.
• Prepare detailed reports on test execution and defect metrics.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–7 years of QA automation experience with at least 4+ years in Salesforce testing.
• Hands-on experience in any of Provar, Selenium, TestNG, or Katalon Studio.
• Proficiency in Java or JavaScript for automation scripting.
• Good understanding of Salesforce data model, declarative components, and APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, XRAY, ADO).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps-based testing processes.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Platform App Builder or Developer I
• Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Consultant is a plus
• Any Automation Testing Certification is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Projected Total Compensation: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
