We are seeking a skilled
Salesforce Developer
with hands-on experience in
Service Cloud
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that enhance customer service operations and align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Configure and optimize Service Cloud features, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, and Service Console.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment within Salesforce environments.
- Perform system maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements to improve performance and user experience.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features, recommending improvements where applicable.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and customization.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration tools (e.g., REST, SOAP).
- Familiarity with Salesforce security model, data model, and deployment tools.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce Communities, Einstein Bots, or Field Service Lightning.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps tools for Salesforce.
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant).
