As we expand our technical delivery team, we are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our Chandigarh office and contribute to building scalable, customised Salesforce solutions for our clients.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, integration, and customisation. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Apex programming, confident in building custom solutions and working with Salesforce partner tools/plugins, and preferably have experience in client-facing consulting roles, including requirement gathering and project delivery. Exposure to DevOps processes and tooling is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and implement customised Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and flows.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and partner tools using APIs and web services.
• Customise Salesforce standard and custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, process builders, and flows to meet business requirements.
• Participate in project scoping discussions with clients to understand technical needs and provide solution recommendations.
• Translate business requirements into functional, scalable Salesforce configurations.
• Manage and deploy changes using DevOps practices (e.g., version control, sandbox management, CI/CD).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants and business analysts, to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to existing Salesforce implementations.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience working with Salesforce partner tools, managed packages, and third-party plugins.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and security architecture.
• Experience in building custom apps, flows, and automations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Knowledge of DevOps processes, including deployment tools and version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills, especially in technical client interactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II is a plus).
• Previous experience working in a consulting or client-facing delivery environment.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Bitbucket Pipelines.
