About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, including custom development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, along with hands-on experience in configuration, integration, and deployment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Visualforce. 
• Participate in requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. 
• Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and administrators to deliver high-quality solutions. 
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs. 
• Maintain and improve existing Salesforce applications. 
• Follow best practices for coding, testing, and documentation. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or technical issues. 
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and new features. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. 
• Strong knowledge of Apex classes/triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC). 
• Experience with Salesforce declarative tools (flows, process builder, validation rules, etc.). 
• Good understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and governor limits. 
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like Mulesoft is a plus). 
• Proficient in using development tools such as VS Code, Git, Workbench, and Postman. 
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a plus). 

Good to Have:

• Experience working in an Agile environment. 
• Exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud. 
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Gearset or Copado. 
• Familiarity with AppExchange products and managed packages.
