UI/UX Designer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes that clearly illustrate how applications function and look.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs.
• Maintain and improve UI/UX design systems, guidelines, and documentation.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Translate business and user requirements into elegant, intuitive designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in

  Figma

  and

  Adobe XD

  is a must.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects across web and mobile platforms.
• Solid understanding of design principles, user-centered design process, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with responsive design and interaction design.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)

• Experience working in agile environments.
• Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for better developer hand-off.
• Understanding of motion design or micro-interactions.
