Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes that clearly illustrate how applications function and look. Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs. Maintain and improve UI/UX design systems, guidelines, and documentation. Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. Translate business and user requirements into elegant, intuitive designs. Required Skills & Qualifications 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD is a must. Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects across web and mobile platforms. Solid understanding of design principles, user-centered design process, and accessibility standards. Experience with responsive design and interaction design. Good communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points) Experience working in agile environments. Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for better developer hand-off.
