UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at Exotica IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd., located in Mohali Phase 8, you will be responsible for designing clean, intuitive, and user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications. Your role will involve creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes. You will collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation and conduct basic user research to enhance usability. Maintaining design consistency with layouts, visuals, spacing, and typography, and working on responsive and mobile-first design concepts are key aspects of this role. Additionally, your participation in brainstorming sessions and contribution of creative ideas will be valued. Key Responsibilities: - Design clean, intuitive, and user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications - Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes - Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation - Conduct basic user research and apply UX best practices to enhance usability - Maintain design consistency with layouts, visuals, spacing, and typography - Work on responsive and mobile-first design concepts - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas Qualifications Required: - Mandatory hands-on experience with Figma - Basic knowledge of Adobe XD or similar tools (added advantage) - Understanding of UI fundamentals, color theory, spacing, and typography - Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles - Basic understanding of HTML and CSS (mandatory) - Portfolio showcasing design capabilities is required At Exotica IT Solutions Pvt.
