You will be part of a performance marketing agency that specializes in creating scalable digital assets such as comparison websites, micro apps, web utilities, travel blogs, and a social networking app. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping products from their inception, working on user experience and visual design to bring innovative ideas to life. Your responsibilities will include leading UX/UI design for various digital products, including web-based tools, content platforms, and mobile-first products. You will be tasked with creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma. Collaboration with product managers, developers, and marketers will be essential throughout the product lifecycle. Additionally, you will conduct user research, competitor benchmarking, and usability testing to ensure the validity of features. Building and maintaining design systems for consistency across all digital products will also be a part of your role. You will actively participate in brainstorming sessions and product ideation, contributing to the design of a consumer-facing social networking app that is being developed from scratch. We are seeking candidates with at least 3 years of experience in product design and a robust UX/UI portfolio. Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms is required. An ability to balance aesthetics with usability, a strong grasp of responsive design and mobile-first principles, and experience in fast-paced startup or agency environments will be advantageous.
