About the Role

UI/UX Designer

You'll be involved from the earliest product discussions shaping problem statements, mapping user flows, creating wireframes, and delivering polished high-fidelity designs. We move quickly, think deeply, and design with intent. If you enjoy solving real UX challenges and care about clarity, simplicity, and consistency, you'll be a great fit here.

What You'll Do

• Work with founders and product managers to understand product goals and user needs.
• Translate product requirements into clear user journeys, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Own and evolve the product's visual design system, patterns, and interactions.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Conduct light UX research, usability understanding, and gather feedback to refine designs.
• Maintain thoughtful documentation and rationale behind design decisions.

What We're Looking For

• 24+ years

  of experience designing digital products (preferably in a

  product company

  ).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating

  clean UI

  ,

  structured UX thinking

  , and

  design system

  work.
• Proficiency in

  Figma

  (including components, auto-layout, styles, and prototyping).
• Ability to communicate design decisions with clarity and rationale.
• Comfortable working in environments where things move fast and iterations are frequent.

Good to Have

• Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems.
• Understanding of

  branding

  , and creating visual coherence across surfaces.
