UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between design and development. With 1 to 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for creating user-centric interfaces and collaborating closely with developers to bring ideas to life. Your strong eye for design and deep understanding of functional and responsive interfaces will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Collaborate with developers to seamlessly integrate design elements into functional code. - Conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate insights into design improvements. - Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch. - Ensure design consistency across all digital platforms in alignment with brand guidelines. - Optimize UX/UI designs for performance and scalability in collaboration with the development team. - Test and iterate on designs based on usability testing and analytics data. - Stay updated on UI/UX trends, emerging tools, and design best practices. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. - 1-3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design or a similar role. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. - Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. - Strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and design thinking mindset. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: - Experience with responsive design and cross-platform optimization. - Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design. - Familiarity with agile development workflows (Scrum, Kanban). - Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
