Job Title: Salesforce FSL Solution Lead Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Gurgaon, Noida, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kolkata, Madurai (TN), Mumbai, New Delhi, Pune, Warangal (Telangana) Experience Required: 10+ Years (Salesforce), 5+ Years (FSL) Job Type: Full-time | Permanent Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Salesforce FSL (Field Service Lightning) Solution Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of FSL solutions across complex enterprise environments. This role demands deep technical expertise in Salesforce (including Apex, Visualforce, LWC), a strategic understanding of the FSL ecosystem, and proven leadership in solution delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Salesforce FSL solution design, development, and deployment for large-scale implementations. Provide technical leadership across development teams, ensuring best practices in architecture, performance, and security. Customize and extend the FSL data model and architecture to align with business requirements. Design and implement Apex , Visualforce , and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support both web and mobile functionalities. Customize FSL Mobile App , including configuration of offline capabilities , UI enhancements, and mobile workflows. Integrate Salesforce FSL with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs , middleware, and platform events. Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns to ensure scalable, reusable, and maintainable code. Lead client workshops, requirement gathering, and solution presentation sessions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and DevOps for seamless delivery. Mentor developers and ensure high-quality code standards and review processes are followed. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience including solutioning and custom development. Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) . Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and Salesforce configuration. Deep understanding of FSL data model, service appointments, work orders, service territories, skills-based routing , etc. Experience with FSL Mobile App customizations including offline support and advanced configurations. Proven expertise in system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and data flow management. Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design best practices. Experience in leading technical teams and owning delivery in enterprise-level implementations. Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills. Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II Salesforce Certified Application Architect (preferred but not mandatory)
