Job Summary:

Salesforce Service Cloud professional

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, develop, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions according to business requirements.
Design and implement case management, knowledge base, entitlements, SLAs, omni-channel support, live agent, etc.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate functional and technical requirements into Salesforce configurations or custom development.
Implement automation using Process Builder, Flows, Apex Triggers, and Workflows.
Integrate third-party systems with Salesforce via REST/SOAP APIs.
Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance best practices.
Provide user training, support, and documentation as needed.

Required Skills:

4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce, including at least 2+ years on
Service Cloud
.
Proficiency in
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC)
.
Experience with
Salesforce Flows
, Process Builder, and other declarative tools.
Understanding of
Case Management
,
Email-to-Case
,
Web-to-Case
,
Live Agent
,
Omni-Channel
,
Knowledge Base
, etc.
Strong understanding of
Salesforce data model
, security, and sharing rules.
Familiarity with
integration tools/APIs
(REST, SOAP).
Experience with version control (e.g., Git), DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado) is a plus.
Salesforce
Service Cloud Consultant
certification is preferred.
