Job Title: Salesforce Developer Experience Required: 4+ Years Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing and customizing Salesforce applications, particularly in Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , and Data Cloud . The ideal candidate will have expertise in SCV (Salesforce Customer Voice), telephony integration, and a strong understanding of core Salesforce development tools including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Key Responsibilities: Customize and configure Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud applications based on business needs. Design and develop robust solutions using Apex classes , triggers , Visualforce , and Lightning components . Implement and optimize SCV (Salesforce Customer Voice) and integrate with Voice Call Objects or telephony systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts and architects to gather, analyze, and document requirements. Support data management activities including imports, exports, cleansing, and validation to maintain data integrity. Work on Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to enhance customer data unification and personalization. Perform unit testing , conduct peer code reviews, and troubleshoot/debug issues in existing Salesforce applications. Maintain clear and concise documentation for technical implementations and end-user guidance. Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and new features. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (required); Platform Developer II and/or Admin certifications are a plus. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration , Apex , Visualforce , and Lightning Web Components . Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud . Familiarity with Salesforce APIs , integration patterns, and data migration tools . Experience with SCV , Voice Call Objects , or other telephony/voice integrations is mandatory. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively across teams. Preferred Skills: Experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud and real-time customer data orchestration. Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce Flow , Process Builder , and Workbench . Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD in the Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Jenkins). Show more Show less
