Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Salesforce Certified Business Analyst to join our growing Salesforce team at Mallow Technologies. You will play a key role in understanding our clients' business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories, and coordinating between the client and development teams to ensure successful delivery. Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from clients for Salesforce implementations. Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis. Assist in solution design discussions with the technical team. Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming. Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate deliverables against requirements. Provide training and support to end-users as needed. Document the business processes and requirements. Requirements 2+ years experience in a business analyst or functional consultant role. Salesforce experience is required. Understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities, especially Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. Strong communication and documentation skills. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc. Salesforce Business Analyst Certification is mandatory.
