Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce Account Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Salesforce Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, identifying opportunities for Salesforce solutions, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. Additional tasks include preparing and delivering presentations to clients, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.


Qualifications

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution alignment, proposals, and closing
  • Work closely with Salesforce Account Executives to co-sell into strategic accounts
  • Qualify leads from campaigns, events (e.g., Dreamforce), and SDR outreach
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and track activity in Salesforce
  • Build relationships with C-level stakeholders and IT/business buyers alike
  • Provide customer feedback to help refine messaging, offerings, and roadmap
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and developing sales strategies
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, FSL, Non Profit Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, and other Salesforce products
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze client needs and propose appropriate Salesforce solutions
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in the technology or manufacturing industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
