Sales/Business Development Manager

As a part of FreightMango, a hypergrowth logistics technology start-up, your role will involve sourcing new sales opportunities by following up on inbound leads and making outbound cold calls and emails. You will preferably have prior understanding of the logistics, freight, or supply chain industry and exposure in telecalling or telesales in a digital platform firm. It is essential for you to be target-oriented, possess good communication skills in English and Hindi, and be highly motivated to excel in your career. Key Responsibilities: - Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails - Utilize any CRM tool effectively - Demonstrate good speaking and communication skills in English and Hindi - Be highly motivated and target-oriented in your approach - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets - Maintain industry knowledge related to shipping and logistics Qualifications Required: - Prior understanding of logistics, freight, or supply chain industry - Experience in telecalling or telesales in a digital platform firm (0.6 - 1 year) - Exposure to working on any CRM tool - Graduation degree - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills - Exceptional customer service skills If you are interested in this opportunity, kindly share your profile by emailing it to careers@freightmango.com.
