As a part of FreightMango, a hypergrowth logistics technology start-up based in Gurgaon, you will play a vital role in addressing the international freight shipping market. The company aims to enable seamless shipping solutions globally, with a team comprising members from renowned logistics firms like DHL, Worldwide Express, Crane Worldwide Logistics, and Wiz Freight. With locations in the United States and India, FreightMango is backed by notable investors like Man Capital, 1984 Ventures, and Vanguard Logistics. Your responsibilities will include sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails. Experience in tele-calling and telesales in a digital platform firm is preferred, with exposure to working on CRM tools. You should be target-oriented, possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, and exhibit a high level of motivation and career drive. Preferred skills for this role include proven experience in sales, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, exceptional negotiation and consultative sales skills, effective communication skills, and outstanding customer service skills.
