Roles and Responsible Position - Inside Sales Manager. Location - Thane Experiences - 3+ years of sales experience in Ed Tech (B2B)industry. Qualification - B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication, Computers, BCA/MCA/B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computers Job Responsibilities: • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customer’s and following up on leads • Understanding customer’s needs and identifying sales opportunities • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email • Keeping up with product and service information and updates • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services • Staying informed about competing products and services • Upselling products and services • Researching and qualifying new leads into opportunities • Fix appointments and deliver product demos to Government, Trustees, Principals, HOD, Teachers, Students & Parents in B2B and B2G sales cycle • Liaison with the marketing team to implement the marketing campaign • Understand customer requirements and propose the right solution • Prepare customer proposal and do require follow-up to get the Purchase Order • Take ownership of customer expectations and do the right things to have 100%customer satisfaction
