As the Division Head - Industrial Doors, you will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the profitability, growth, and operational excellence of the Industrial Door division. Your role will involve leading various functions including sales, marketing, operations, project management, and potentially manufacturing/assembly of a wide range of industrial door products such as high-speed doors, sectional doors, rolling shutters, and more. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan aligned with the company's overall objectives - Identify new market opportunities and drive revenue growth - Conduct market research and competitive analysis - Set and exceed ambitious sales targets - Drive innovation in product offerings and service delivery - Oversee sales team and large industrial door projects - Build strong relationships with key clients and partners - Ensure efficient execution of projects from order to installation - Manage P&L for the division and drive profitability - Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty - Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies **Qualification Required:** - Minimum Qualification: Diploma/Engineering Graduate or MBA Marketing - Minimum Experience: 15-20 years in the industrial door industry with 5-7 years in a senior leadership role - Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets and driving business growth - Extensive experience in the Indian industrial products market This role offers you the opportunity to lead a dynamic team, drive strategic initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of the Industrial Door division.
