Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Training Manager located in Indore. The Sales Training Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing sales training programs. Responsibilities include developing training materials, delivering training sessions, coaching sales staff, and assessing the effectiveness of training. The role also involves identifying training needs, collaborating with the sales team to enhance performance, and ensuring all training activities align with company goals and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Training, Training & Development, and Training
• Strong Communication and Coaching skills
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Proficiency with training software and tools
