Job Description

The Sales Training Manager for Luxury Eyewear in Mumbai will play a crucial role in enhancing sales performance and maximizing store productivity through effective training and coaching initiatives. You will design and deliver tailored training modules for luxury eyewear products, conduct in-store coaching sessions to enhance customer engagement and consultative selling skills. Additionally, you will collaborate with Store Managers to identify skill gaps and develop action plans for sales improvement based on store KPIs. Regular visits to retail stores across regions will be essential to observe operations, provide real-time feedback, and ensure training outcomes are being implemented effectively. Furthermore, you will work closely with store teams to enhance productivity metrics such as average transaction value, conversion rates, and upselling performance. Tracking and evaluating training effectiveness and store performance post-training will be a key responsibility, requiring meticulous reporting and maintenance of training logs and feedback summaries. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in retail sales training, preferably in luxury, fashion, eyewear, or lifestyle brands, with a proven track record of driving retail KPIs through hands-on coaching. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of the luxury consumer experience. The Sales Training Manager must be willing to travel frequently and collaborate closely with store teams to ensure a consistent customer experience across all locations. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with certifications in training, coaching, or retail excellence. Multilingual proficiency is considered an advantage. This is a full-time position with benefits including a flexible schedule, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and a yearly bonus. The work schedule will typically involve day shifts from Monday to Friday, with morning shift availability and weekend flexibility required.
