📌 Job Title: Sales / Training & Development

🏢 Company: Star Health and Allied Insurance Co. Ltd.

📍 Location: On-site – Iskon Cross Road, Ahmedabad

🕘 Job Timing: 9:45 AM to 7:30 PM (Full-time)

📅 Work Days: Monday to Sunday (Rotational Week Off)



Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Delivery

• Conduct induction and product training programs for new sales recruits.

• Facilitate ongoing skill enhancement programs for existing sales teams.

• Deliver training on sales techniques, objection handling, and customer engagement strategies.

2. Product Knowledge & Compliance

• Educate sales teams on company products, features, and benefits.

• Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines, compliance norms, and ethical sales practices.

3. Performance Coaching

• Provide on-the-job training through live call barging, role plays, and field coaching.

• Offer constructive feedback to improve sales conversations and conversion rates.

4. Content & Program Development

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create training modules, manuals, and assessments.

• Customize training programs based on regional sales requirements.

5. Monitoring & Reporting

• Track post-training performance and measure ROI of training programs.

• Maintain training records and submit periodic reports to management.



Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• In-depth understanding of health insurance products and industry regulations.

• Ability to motivate and influence sales teams.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Strong observation and coaching skills.



Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate (Any discipline); MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.

• Minimum 1-4 years of experience in sales training within insurance or BFSI sector or any.

• Exposure to both classroom and training environments.



Job Type: Full-time, On-site


Salary: Best in market


Work Days: Monday to Sunday (Rotational Weekly Off)
