Sales Trainer

You will be joining Leap as a Sales Trainer for the Leap Advantage vertical, a pivotal role that involves close collaboration with stakeholders to train new hires, conduct On the Job Training, and develop training materials. Your responsibilities will include managing the sales training charter, ensuring training effectiveness aligns with business metrics, and enhancing training processes. It will be essential to stay updated on sales trends, tools, and techniques to keep the training material current and effective. Collaboration with sales managers and leaders will be crucial to align training initiatives with business objectives. You will work closely with product teams to provide comprehensive product training for the sales force. Tracking and reporting training activities and outcomes, analyzing sales performance data, and identifying areas for additional support will be part of your role. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, preferably in edtech, along with at least 1.5 years of training experience. Strong communication, presentation, and instructional design skills are essential. Experience in sales training and familiarity with training platforms are desired. You should be adept at designing and implementing effective training programs, managing multiple projects concurrently, and assessing training effectiveness and ROI with strong analytical skills.
