Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Trainer located in Noida. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering sales training programs, improving sales skills, and enhancing overall team performance. Daily tasks include preparing training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing coaching and support to the sales team. The Sales Trainer will also be responsible for evaluating training effectiveness and making necessary adjustments.

• Customer Service orientation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or related field
• Previous experience in sales training or a similar role is highly desirable
