Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Noida. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing excellent customer service, generating leads, and supporting customers through their inquiries. The role also involves achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: · Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services. · Handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues. · Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and suggest appropriate solutions. · Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. · Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales, lead generation, or customer interactions. · Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve campaign effectiveness Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a tele calling or Sales Executive. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
